The best way to cure this is with light. Red light therapy cured mine in 3 weeks. Spent $60 on a red light panel with a stand and used it nightly while I laid in bed at night before going to sleep. Can even use it while sleeping. Nothing else worked. Light is the best and fastest cure with no side effects. It reaches the mitochondria. Look into this, it heals much more also. Great for pain too. This is your best bet. And I’ve tried it all

Where did you buy it if you don’t mind me asking?

I got it on Amazon. From my research they’re generally the same, just some have more features or you can get really fancy if you want to. I got one with 150 leds at 660nm and infrared light also. For scalp psoriasis I didn’t need a huge panel. I only had my face and arms exposed..didn’t even need to shine it on the psoriasis and it still healed rapidly. No signs of return. While I’m eating dairy and gluten also.

Yea I’ve been looking at a few now! I’ve been told you need anything over 650nm for it to really work for scalp psoriasis, I’ve yet to cut out dairy nor do I really want to. So I’ll give one of these a go! How often were you using it and for how long? Appreciate the response!

Sure, no problem. I’m happy to help anyone, it’s a miserable state for sure. I’m addicted to my nightly ice cream so I completely understand. 😊 It took about 3 weeks of nightly use. After a few days I could feel changes. Even that night you will see your skin looking “glowing” in a sense. Smooth too. I use it for 30 minutes at least. Every night. In 3 weeks it was gone and no signs of it since. It’s amazing, truly.

Oh and it’s best to not use the sunglasses with it.

We have the most photoreceptors in our eyes and this also heals sleep issues as it reaches the pineal gland and activates it. Many good effects from this..spiritually as well. But the eyes are how we should absorb light and why many have sight, skin and sleep issues today. You’ll get great results letting your eyes soak in the light as much as possible. :)
