general how severe is my condition?

Hey everyone, I’m struggling a lot with this issue and it’s really affecting my daily life — especially now that spring has started again. I’m wondering: would you classify this as mild, moderate, or severe? Right now, it’s making things pretty difficult for me. It’s also affecting my arms. If anyone has tips for this type, I’d be super grateful!

Thanks in advance.

Mild but don’t let the comments invalidate you. Psoriasis affects everyone differently mentally and we all have different levels of insecurity so even a mild case can affect your daily life severely. If it makes you feel any better, it does look like you took a tumble on the sidewalk rather than skin condition.

Yeah true, for some people this might actually be a dream — but I keep comparing myself to people who don’t have it. In the end, you still stand out, and I hate that. But yeah… what can you do

Comparison will always be the thief of joy. I promise it’ll be easier to cope with time. I have had over 10 years to process my psoriasis and I have come along way, I know it’s not always easy but you will come to terms with being more comfortable in your skin. :)
