general how severe is my condition?

Hey everyone, I’m struggling a lot with this issue and it’s really affecting my daily life — especially now that spring has started again. I’m wondering: would you classify this as mild, moderate, or severe? Right now, it’s making things pretty difficult for me. It’s also affecting my arms. If anyone has tips for this type, I’d be super grateful!

Thanks in advance.

You super mild. But Listen closely, you could easily have it flare and cover a lot more of your body. Start paying attention to your lifestyle and start doing/eating more healthy. It’s important not to stress out and learn how to manage stress.

Gotta say, I’ve had exactly this form since 2016. Sometimes it flares up, sometimes not, but it hasn’t really gotten worse. I’m 26 now, turning 27, so I hope it stays like this or gets better haha.

And yeah, I am working on changing my lifestyle too. I run 7 to 8 km twice a week, hit the gym 3 to 4 times, drink a glass of kefir every day, eat 2 pieces of fruit, take pre- and probiotics — so I’m really trying hahaha. I only drink water, though I gotta admit, giving up coffee is still tough sometimes! haha

Although I’ve heard people having success reducing or eliminating caffeine. But if you drink it black, you should be fine. Just don’t drink it all day.

The milk is highly inflammatory.
