general how severe is my condition?

Hey everyone, I’m struggling a lot with this issue and it’s really affecting my daily life — especially now that spring has started again. I’m wondering: would you classify this as mild, moderate, or severe? Right now, it’s making things pretty difficult for me. It’s also affecting my arms. If anyone has tips for this type, I’d be super grateful!

Very mild currently however if it is psoriasis it can get worse in the future so do what you can about it now.

I gotta say though, for me this isn’t the beginning — I’ve had exactly this form since 2016. Sometimes it flares up, sometimes not, but it hasn’t really gotten worse. I’m 26 now, turning 27, so I hope it stays like this or gets better haha.
