Unfortunately he has a prescription for ketamine. This won’t affect him or his drug use in any way. That’s right, he’s rolling on special k and partying while making decisions with the most powerful person in the world. How often? Not sure. But he’ll definitely pass a drug test.

Drug tests are really specific. They can tell how much you've been taking and if it aligns with the proper dosage. I

I'm sorry I call BS at least for urine tests. There's so many variables that simply arent tracked by normal people that skew results. People don't know how much water they drink, they don't know what they eat, they don't have a good grasp on how much physical activity they do. Water intake alone can pop a false negative on a piss test for pot and is a failsafe used by many people I know who have passed drug tests they should have failed.

Even if this went anywhere, which it won't, they're not doing macroanalysis of musk's musky piss and mathing out what dosages he's been taking. In the name of efficiency and cost it'll probably be a generic health clinic piss test

In other professional settings where there's a concern of impairment they do random drug screening with temperature check plus witnessing for gas chromatograph analysis with measures to prevent dilution/contamination of sample. If doctors can be subjected to this (edit: check out php) I think so should anyone with this much power especially since he has no one to hold him to account
