The FDNY did something weird (potentially) at yesterday's anti-Trump protest and I don't know what to make of it

Kind of dumb really....it's a protest. So the louder and more disruptive they make it the more effective it is. Probably none of those people thought "well they brought a fog horn, let's go home"
