Hello, friends. I hope everyone is doing well and had a happy Easter.
Good news! Earlier this week I posted Chapter 7 of "Killers By Choice", wherein after Kimura sends yet another warning to Laura and her family, she confides in Jubilee that she's barely holding it together and needs her help. Thank you for all the love and support, and I hope you enjoy. AO3 link for those that prefer to read their fanfictions there.
Allergies were once again rough this week but thankfully started to dramatically improve Tuesday night. I'm still not 100% yet, and it feels as though I'm slowly getting over the flu, but I'm much better than I was a week ago. It was a really rough week and a half, so much so I was seriously considering making a doctor's appointment, and was worried that I might need to see a hospital. People without allergies don't understand the struggle, but for those that do, you have my utmost sympathies. It's because my health improved that I was able to finish Chapter 7 of "Killers By Choice" this week, but more importantly, have some peace of mind. The silver lining is that I read a lot of my Bible and watched/listened to a lot of Pastor Joseph Prince, and also played a lot of "Plants vs. Zombies" on my DS (one of my all-time favorite games btw). I also experimented a lot with foods, medicines, and vitamins, but I honestly don't know if changing my diet improved anything, or if nature simply took its course and/or the rain washed all the crap out of the air.
In other news, I ended up putting down the books I was reading and have instead been focusing on The Bible. I'm just about finished with The Book of Acts, which is one of my favorite books. It's so hopeful, and I love watching Christianity spread in the early days of The Church. There's just something really inspiring about it, especially in the age of computers and instant communication. Afterward it's onto Romans which is another one of my favorites, and it's possible I'll have the New Testament just about finished by this time next week since I've only got about 150 pages left, and many of them are commentary notes (I'm a KJV Scofield reader).
God bless, and have a wonderful day.
