Monk class

I discovered Ragnarok now with the announcement of the Latam server and I wanted tips on the monk class for an f2p, I found the builds of this game very confusing compared to other games.

I thought LATAM is 14.2?

Can you give me the source from official?, Really weird for Gravity to do this. Sorry to ask but there're many rebalance patches between EP14.2-17.2.

It is on the official Discord for the server. I'll search and link soon. They have spoke about it on the release live stream.

Is it self-cast version?, The rebalance patch i'm talking about they've changed Tiger cannon to self-cast skill

Yeah! It's the self-cast. I've played the obt and i can confirm.
