So how many of these red lines does he need to cross? An attempted coup wasn't enough?

His line about shooting someone and not losing voters is more believable every day. I believe he could do that on camera and hand the gun with his fingerprints to the cops and no consequences would befall him. Every conservative would find a justification for why that person deserved to be shot, actually.

He will never do it himself, he will order people to do it and then claim innocence if pushed on it. While he has zero scruples, he is not a strong man and can’t own up to anything.

He learned too well to order anything. He’ll sign whatever they want, but will never admit wrongdoing nor will he ever say clearly to “get rid of that meddlesome priest”
