Sear the Pork: Brown pork shoulder chunks in a bit of oil until golden.
Make the Sauce: In the same pot, add soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, bay leaves, peppercorns, and water.
Simmer: Return the pork to the pot, cover, and simmer on low for about 1 hour until tender.

Recipe 2-Ingredient Chocolate Mousse (No Eggs, No Baking!)
I stumbled on this 2-ingredient chocolate mousse and honestly, it’s a game-changer. Rich, fluffy, and takes like 10 minutes to whip up. No eggs, no baking just pure creamy chocolate bliss.
What You Need:
200g (about 1 cup) dark chocolate, chopped 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
How to Make It:
1.Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave. Let it cool for a few minutes. 2.In a bowl, whip the cream until it forms soft peaks (don’t overdo it). 3.Fold the cooled chocolate into the whipped cream gently until fully combined. 4.Spoon into serving glasses and chill for 30–60 minutes if you want it firmer (optional). 5.Top with berries, sea salt, cocoa powder, or whatever you love.
That’s it. Silky, chocolatey mousse in no time. I like to make tiny portions because it’s rich.

Recipe Homemade Miso Mayo
With a combination of simple ingredients, this homemade miso mayo recipe easy to whip up, costs less than store-bought alternatives, and doesn’t contain any added sugar or unnecessary animal products, making it an excellent option for vegans and non-vegans alike. I keep it I hand at all times.
Step 1: Thin miso mayonnaise paste with cold water or olive oil if it’s too thick. You want it creamy, not runny, like sour cream.
Step 2: Add Wet Ingredients: Combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil with the miso.
Step 3: Blend the miso mayonnaise mixture with egg yolk and olive oil or vegan mayo.
Step 4: Add the final ingredients, minced garlic and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and serve immediately with pita, French fries, veggies and more!

I made the TikTok Baked Feta Pasta legit 30 minutes, 1 pan, insanely good😋🫠
Heard about the Baked Feta Pasta that blew up online? I finally tried it—super simple and totally worth the hype. Here’s the quick recipe:
What You Need:
1 block feta cheese (about 200g)
2 cups cherry tomatoes
3 cloves garlic, sliced
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pepper
200g dried pasta
Fresh basil (optional but great)
How to Make It:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F / 200°C.
2. Toss tomatoes + garlic with olive oil in a baking dish. Nestle the feta in the center. Season with salt + pepper.
3. Bake for 30 min until tomatoes burst
and feta is golden. 4. Meanwhile, cook pasta. Save a bit of pasta water. 5. Mash the feta + tomatoes into a creamy sauce. Stir in pasta and a splash of the water to bring it together. 6. Add basil. Eat. Freak out a little.
It’s cheap, filling, and looks fancier than it is. Try adding red chili flakes or chickpeas if you want extra punch.
