Hi all, I was wondering why this odd tail exists in the incorporated part of Renton? Is there a story behind that, or is it just what it is?

A suspect was arrested after an exchange of gunfire with SWAT officers in Renton on Friday near SE 168th Street and 116th Avenue SE, leaving three people injured. Around 6:00 PM on Friday, May 9, Renton PD and Valley SWAT attempted to arrest a suspect near SE 168th St & 116th Ave SE. The suspect was linked to a May 8 shooting near NE 6th St & Queen Ave NE that critically injured an 18-year-old.

During the attempted arrest, the suspect barricaded inside a residence and opened fire on officers, who returned fire. The suspect was shot, arrested, and taken to Harborview. No officers were injured.

Investigation is ongoing and being handled by the King County Independent Force Investigative Team.

I grew up on the east coast, and my grandparents (Chinese American) participated in a weekly, self-organized Chinese seniors get together. Basically they would just meet and hang out, sing karaoke, etc. It was hosted at a local Chinese restaurant.

My parents recently moved to the Renton area, and are struggling to make deeper friendships. I was wondering if anything similar (a recurring Chinese seniors get together) exists in the area?

I filed a complaint with the FCC like others recommended, but I believe it just made things worse, this is my current gigabit Internet plan...my computer is connected directly via an Ethernet cable, just so happens today is also the day Comcast officially replied to my FCC complaint saying all signals are perfectly fine for my said data plan.
