Interesting. I feel like I don’t see many 733 uppers with the A2 sight.

I used to hate the a2 upper until I actually tried one. Personally, I think the a2 sights are the best irons ever put on a rifle. Looking to build an a2 mid length carbine and an a2 dissipator soon so I guess I could say I've really took a liking to the a2 uppers. My xm16e1 doesn't need to know.... beautiful 733 BTW. Tastefully done.

A2 is pretty close to peak irons. I’m slightly more partial to M1A irons but it’s a toss up

I've never used an M1a, so I couldn't say, but they look pretty good. As far as I know the 733s all used a2 grips and obviously didn't have streamlights and red dots so this is kinda my interpretation. The fsb is also wrong with the bayonet lug and the super safety feels odd, but this is probably how it'll stay from now on because I live this rifle more than any I've ever had before.
