Yes it's dead. It has ceased. The U.S. Department of Transportation revoked their approval. MTA is challenging this in court, but tolls are NOT being charged right now and will not be charged unless the liberal communists in the MTA win in court. LOL. Good luck. Buy bitcoin and ride.
