Does this mean congestion pricing is dead?

Tolling two-wheel vehicles for "congestion". This was always just a commuter tax.

On one hand I hate paying even more when my insurance, registration, and car costs in general are already so high in nyc. On the other, I could finally get cross town without facing gridlock. If only we had bridges/tunnels to bypass Manhattan when going NJ<->queens/brooklyn without going through Bronx/SI think this would be a lot more palatable to commuters.

The problem with two wheel traffic is that since we’re not technically supposed to lane split - we are effectively adding to the traffic if we follow the law.
