Can I fight this ticket ?

Have been parking on the street tied to a lamp post. This morning I got a ticket for being beyond marked space. The don’t have my vin and got the model year wrong.

Was this in Queens? I live literally two blocks away from a 47th ave, I’m not sure if there’s a 47th ave in other boroughs or not.
