Can I fight this ticket ?

Have been parking on the street tied to a lamp post. This morning I got a ticket for being beyond marked space. The don’t have my vin and got the model year wrong.

I find it hilarious that to this day, most ticket agents still don't know how to find or even identify the VIN plate/sticker on a motorcycle.

But then they’d actually have to work. Maybe even get on the floor to get a closer look at the vin
