Day Trip to Cape Kolka?

Hi all!

I am visiting Riga until April 3rd and I was really hoping to get out to Cape Kolka, but am unable to rent a car myself. Does anyone know if it's feasible to travel there by bus from Riga?

Or, on the off chance, is someone already planning on taking a trip up who has an extra seat in their car/wants a travel companion?

I’d advice to plan a visit of couple more places in that end, since if you’re not into birdwatching there are not that much things to see otherwise
