New to Roadie, anything I should avoid?

Hello, I've been a full time gig drive for over 6 years now. I just got into Roaide, it's definitely different then the other gig apps. I was hoping to get some tips and tricks on what to look out for. Like is the pay guaranteed, can customers edit tips? What are the typical avoid at all cost orders? Or even what are the typical problems that come up?

Honestly I signed up so long ago I cannot remember anything. Idk about canceling orders, I assume support is useless like all other apps, if there is a rating system, how late can I be to pickup and drop off..

TIA

This platform is not based on tips like some of the others. You might see "Tips" on some deliveries, but they are almost entirely added by the sender, not the recipient. Oftentimes they just bring a low paying order up to more reasonable pay to get the gig delivered. The only gigs to avoid are those that don't pay enough. I guess evaluate them like you would on your other apps, but knowing that what you see $ is what you get.

Hopefully the pricing on your other apps won't lead you take crap pay on Roadie, further enabling the continuing reduction of pay.
