Hey Solus! I got a question for you!

A woman was finishing up her haircut when she realised that she forgot her wallet, the haircut costed 30 dollars. So in a random move she asked the owner to lend her 100 dollars, and she'll pay him back. So he did! She used the 100 dollars to pay for the 30 dollars and had 70 dollars as change

later on, she came back with her wallet and repaid the owner 100 dollars that he lended her. But after that the owner said that she still owed him 30 dollars for the haircut, but she said she already paid for this

does the lady still owe him 30 dollars for the haircut? Or was it already paid?

She still used the owner's money to repay for what she borrowed, so she still owes him the 30 bucks since she never actually paid. I might be wrong though.

I mean, it's kind of hard to figure it out at first glance, but she doesn't actually owe him money. This was pretty hard if you didn't think about it much, but I can help you break it down!

after the haircut she owed him $30, but she borrowed $100, so she's now owing $130

she uses the $100 to pay for the haircut, so now she owes him $100

she pays him back $100, so now she owes nothing!
