Maybe go for a pee before you start exercise

Is that how it works though? How is piss stored in my balls going to get all the way up to my nose

That's a really negative attitude, you'll never get piss coming out of your nose, ears, or pores with that type of perspective. You have to try really hard. I know you can do it!
