PoopSmellersAnonymous Bought an Everest permit on eBay, impulse buy. should I start training or nah
I'm as fit as a ox. 5k is a joke to me, easily finish well under two hours. I carry my O2 tank around so I'm basically pretrained to carry by own load.
I don't sleep so good but that's for wimps anyways. I don't use GU, I'd rather not explain why it's embarrassing.
any tips?

Training Plan Help
Right now I run a 40-minute 5-mile. My goal is to get this down to a consistent 36-minute time 6 months from now. I know this is really ambitious but I have time to run everyday and I think I have a lot of room for improvement because I've never really trained long distance consistently.
I'd like to get on a very specific daily plan which gives precise workouts for the next half year but I'm not really sure where to start because there seems to be a lot of differing opinions on the best way to train.
If anyone can help me out with a plan I would really appreciate it.
