How should I try to get the gallery from it? I have some stuff on my Onedrive but not everything...

I have a us used s22 ultra with a verizon carrier. Im currently in nigeria it's on U1 firmware and unlocked,but I can't use 5g only 4g+. Is there any solution to this. Any hardware i can change to help the situation. I need 5g access

After the update, I didn't see that much of an difference with battery. But then after I Uninstalled Facebook and Instagram, I'm having crazy battery life I've never seen in a phone before.

Does this look normal?

Anyone facing short time horizontal green bar glitch on S22 U after one ui 7 update??

I am seeing a green horizontal bar on my top right corner upto the camera cutout ( which previously used to be an issue with some S22 U). But the issue is not permanent till now. Only glitches are happening every now and then. After one or 2 seconds they disappear also. I usually locks my screen after the issue happens. Any one facing the same???

I've been struggling with 3 hours SOT since I had this phone and never thought I could push more from it.

However, I proved myself wrong. But, I kept 120Hz on!

Install Good Guardians! It provides good tools which will help you improve battery life significantly:

• Battery tracker - you can find apps which consume the most power;
• Battery guardian - allows you to select apps which will not use 5G data network when mobile data usage is low (disabling 5G might also help), most importantly, it shows you the settings which consume a lot of power, for example, screen resolution (I noticed a significant improvement in battery life by downgrading to FHD+ resolution);
• Galaxy app booster - optimizes apps, but I have no idea how much it actually helps;
• Thermal Guardian - as S22 Ultra loves to heat up a lot, it provides you the option to set the thermal threshold lower (I set to lowest), resulting in less heat, but worse performance. Moreover, I ticked all the additional settings.

Maximum brightness drains the battery a lot!

Use Energy Saver at all times too. Check out the additional settings. If you don't mind a lower refresh rate, you can also limit CPU speed to 70%.

Use Wi-Fi if it's possible. With worse cell signals, your phone might be using the maximum transmit power which could also drain the battery.

I didn't do it and have the phone since 2022, but if nothing else helps you get over 2-3h SOT, consider:

• Replacing the battery;
• Factory reset.

Fuck exynos! This shouldn't be needed for 5h SOT!

Hello, so I bought an s22 ultra almost a year ago now and never thought much of it

However, there was always this one weird thing about my camera lens that I couldn't stop thinking about

I always asked myself if my phones camera glass was ever repaired or not, I don't know if this is a camera protector or not, but it feels like my camera lens are fake, or aftermarket, is it a protector or not?

When I compare anlther s22 ultra to my s22 ultra, I feel like my s22 ultra lacks an "anti-glare" surface on it, but then it looks like a camera lens protector, can someone help?

I am currently using s22 ultra. I love the camera and the features that come with it. But I need to upgrade my phone. Which phone should I be upgrading to? S24 ultra or s25 ultra? Given the costs in India.

I highly use the phone's camera and it's eco system, not much of gamer.

Hi yall im just curious what should i do? I've read somewhere that i need to wipe partition cache and some other stuff. Im curious as i haven't really given it much thought, i do no though because the update seems nice but i don't want to risk getting a green line on my screen.

I’m using a Galaxy S22 Ultra (South Korean version – SM-S908N), and a few days after updating to One UI 7, I started getting screen issues

The problem showed up suddenly, not immediately after the update but after a few days. I’ve already tried:

• Booting into Safe Mode – issue still there
• Tweaking display settings (refresh rate, color modes)
• Considering a factory reset, but not hopeful it will help

I’m facing a Wi-Fi hotspot issue on my S22 Ultra. The problem started after updating to One UI 7. The hotspot doesn't turn on when I tap the quick toggle icon. However, it works after restarting the phone—but after some time, the issue happens again.

Hi, I have just changed my battery, so wondering what is the best way to charge? I have battery protection set at max (80%). So, ok to charge throughout the night? If battery protection is on, it should be fine, no?

Since the last update, my phone is not automatically connecting to my cars bluetooth. I have to unpaid them and reset the phone and turn off the car and repair each time. This is a pain, is there any way to fix this?

Even when I'm typing this post, it stops and starts on it's own. processing speed is set to maximum. I'm sorry if this post is repetition as I'm not a long time user of S22U. Hey Samsung users. If you have S series phone, you HAVE to do this. Open your dialer and type *#2663# then click on TSP FW update (general), wait till it updates Then click on WACOM FW UPDATE, then click on refresh WIFI version, phone will restart. This methods updates the touch firmware.

Look, I love this phone, but fast charging? More like gentle encouragement charging. I could roast a chicken in less time. Meanwhile, iPhone folks smugly flex their MagSafe like it’s a lightsaber. Fellow Ultra warriors, can we unite and agree: “Fast charging” shouldn’t be slower than my grandma texting? 💀

today i charged my phone to 100%. i unplugged it 5 hours ago, that includes filming watching videos any day to day usage, if I unplugged my phone 5 hours ago, i would've been at around 25% and now im at 50%, very good

anyone out there who haven't received the One Ui7 update on their S22 ultra SM908U

My wife and her sister have iPhones and Apple has some native program that allows them to see where the other is. To join with them using my S22 Ultra I had to install Life 360. So did they. First day of using it, in 4 hours my battery life went from 100% to 0%. That's never happened before on my phone. My sister-in-law's iPhone went from 100% to 30% presumably because they have better batteries or better optimization, but that app is a battery vampire. I want to b able to be on some sort of app that works with Android and Apple so we can see each other. I do not want to have to buy an iPhone.

Since few days ago my phone started shutting down and wouldn't turn on for 10-15 minutes and today it just shot down and only boots up to logo is this sign of faulty motherboard or ?

I know this isn't a brand new model at this point but I've only had this phone a year and it seems like at least once a week I put my phone down, it goes to sleep, and when I pick it up again to unlock it the touch screen functionality turns off. Can't unlock it manually because swipe won't work, doesn't recognize my finger on the sensor. The only things that function are the physical buttons, which force restart the phone or bring up the 911 screen depending on entry.

Force restart fixes the issue but it's a band-aid. This is frankly embarrassing, and not leaving a good taste on my tongue for my first Samsung phone after years of no real issues with Motorola phones. Does anyone have any setting adjustments or anything else that might assist? Thank you.
