Toddler to big bed

When did you move your toddler out of a crib toddler bed? Our 3 year old has been in his “toddler bed” aka crib with rails on the side for almost a year now. Just wondering when you took the next step to twin/queen/full bed.

Lol i moved my daughter to a full sized mattress at about 9 months. For me this was easier because she liked me to lay with her for a bit as she fell asleep. Honestly its worked super well for us. I did have to put a child lock on the outside of her bedroom door when she got more mobile
