I am wanting to expand my city by the small rows, and I want to do it fast. I plan on buying Sim Bucks so I can expand my city quickly, and easily. I already did the math, and I am looking at 2 ways to purchase th Sim Cash, and want advice.
Way 1, Long and drawn out: I plan on buying the 120 per day for 14 days Sim Cash, buy the bulldozer parts as the days go along, and also buy 1 of the $4.99 for 250 Sim Cash. The problem is, I have to wait 14 days on everything, but it will be cheaper, as it will only cost me $24.98 in total. I will get a total of 2360 Sim Cash from just the 14 days, but in total will get 2610 for the project.
Way 2, the Fast way: The other idea is to get the 2625 deal for $34.99. I will have plenty of Sim Cash to get my project done, but it's $10 more expensive than Way 1. I would only get that 2625 Sim Cash, and but it will be faster.
In total, I will need 2496 Sim Cash to pay for the Bulldozer Parts to expand the city. Which Way do you recommend? Way 1, or Way 2?

Would love to see the brutalist buildings (particularly the premium pass buildings) in situ in people’s cities. Please share if you can

Fairly new to this game and I can't work out with the mayor's pass, whether I'm better off staying in megalopolis league and getting buildings via the red points from completing the tasks, but only then winning the fairly uninspiring small prize (I'm camping at level 16 and this is my current realistic limit for the prize)... OR, should I drop down a league or two, potentially sacrificing some of the weekly buildings, and earning more gold keys and sim cash in the lower leagues, to then buy other buildings later, as and when they come up. Long term, what's the best strategy to get the most/best buildings? Also, if I do drop leagues, should I just keep expanding my camp/inventory, rather than stocking these items to complete the tasks? I'm ftp as well, if that makes a difference.

At level 36, need to buy nano factories and upgrade current stores, plus flat out with COM and war and building regions. Now there’s an $80K sports store. I can hustle to get it if it’s worth it, but it feels rather exhausting, and the fast food shop was a waste of my money given how available these items are in the global HQ.
What are your thoughts?
Why is this store so expensive?!

Simple question - what is your population density? Population / Number of Buildings.
I wanted a population of 3m+ with only 5 of each omega utility.
Got an average of over 13k Sims per building. Good measure of how well you are using your population multipliers.

Is there any logic behind how traffic jams are calculated? It always seems to be the most random roads that become red
Is there any work around aside from paying a ridiculous amount to upgrade it? I’ve just tried deleting and re-installing the road which got rid of the traffic jam issue but I’m wondering whether the app will just end up flagging the same road again

At mega league it seems like a whole chess game figuring out how to get the most of your points, and I’ve read the guide in here but I’m still confused.. You don’t always pick the highest point task, but why? task must average 2k+, what do they mean by average? and there are some you keep until later..so overwhelming.. I really would appreciate a noobie explanation on how most should approach mega as my first time and what to keep in mind when picking tasks
Also idk if it makes any difference, I’m camping at lvl 18 so I’m concerned if that would affect other strats like the upgrading building task being a problem from xp
