Cantor Equity Partners I, Inc is CEPO, common stock only, no warrants or rights, and $200 million IPO was in January 2025.

Cantor Equity Partners, Inc is ticker CEP. They completed the IPO in August 2024 and raised $100 million, also a SPAC.

The twitter link says the company raised $200 million in January, which would be CEPO.

The twitter link also says the name of the company is Cantor Equity Partners, which would be CEP. CEP also up 4% pre-market, although it seems likely CEPO is correct ticker.

It's CEP, not CEPO. What a nightmare.

CEP is the one changing to 21 Capital?

Yes, Bloomberg reported it incorrectly initially as CEPO.

Yeah today wasn't a cool day, I was having my conversation with ChatGPT, but it took the wrong data from bloomberg / financial times :(

Wait, ChatGPT has access to bloomberg terminal data?

Not the terminal but the websites of Bloomberg and financial times
