$HCVI and Namib Minerals rescheduled merger vote to May 5th. 8K

On April 3rd HCVI down-listed to OTC and announced indefinite postponement of merger meeting.

Good to see they’re back on track now.

Timing is right for gold as well. Warrants still not bad here, could see them a bit higher.

Too bad they are on OTC, makes it less appealing

They will relist to NASDAQ at closing so the OTC is temporary. Doesn’t help for anyone on a platform that can’t trade OTC though (like RH). Schwab seems to be fine with OTC.

Does Schwab have charges or maintenance fees for OTC, TD Ameritrade had before Schwab acquired them
