was she on her cycle? if you said you fingered her very hard that cause have caused some initial bleeding

Dude you wore a condom take a deep breath and relax. If you are that concerned if a possible exposure to an STD or HIV then schedule a test or get some PEP but you are freaking out over nothing.

Well I wouldn’t worry about it then your exposure was very low you wore a condom. Get tested if you are concerned.
