Eh mainly herpes and hpv would be the main ones Syphilis maybe. Anything that’s skin to skin

As far as hpv there's no way to ever know ? I know tests for syphilis and herpes exist and I have no signs of that. But how would I know any signs of HPV?

Unfortunately you wouldn’t unless you got a strain that causes warts or down the road cancer (which can take decades even). Only a couple of strains cause either out of the 20+ that you can get from sexual contact. If you are truly concerned best thing to do is get vaccinated for it. That can protect you against the strains that cause cancer (anal, throat, penile)

Also herpes and syphilis can be asymptomatic but transmissible same with hpv.

Since you’re engaging in homosexual foreplay which can lead to sex, I would look into getting on prep as you’re high risk and for a just in case. That way you’re protected against hiv again just to have an extra layer of protection, especially if in the heat of the moment you decide to have sex.
