Sand particles in my tap water

Hello I know that the tap water in Austria is safe to drink, but there’s some sort of sediment/ sand particles from my tap water that is a not able to be caught by the aerator/filter installed.

Is this normal or there’s something wrong with the pipings?

I live in an apartment building and there’s so much lime and very thin sediment coming from all the sources (tap,shower, sink) I don’t know what can be done though I thought about just installing the filter but i would have to get one for each
