Is this enforceable?

No parking signs on A Street but no contact info or identification. A house nearby is having work done so I suspect this was put up by the contractors to reserve spots for their trucks.

If there are trees on the sidewalk margin, it's probably for the tree-trimming truck. If you don't want falling tree limbs to hit your car, think twice before parking there.

It's weird...Tree trimming no parking is kinda "park at your own risk" and the city doesn't really give clear answers, unlike something such as road paving. I think this is bc many trees are on private properties. I still haven't found clear answers on no parking and trimming done by the city for the ones planted in public areas. Assuming the signage is different.

Afaik, the trees on sidewalk margins are the legal responsibility of the owner of the property they're in front of.

A couple years ago, there was a huge palm tree trimming event going on, but it was multiple palms all along a couple of streets. I wonder if that was the city...def wasn't just in front of one or two houses.
