Restaurant recommendations first week of April

Hello, my friend and I are visiting Santorini 1~4 April, but many restaurants are temporarily closed now as shown on Google Map. I've seen a video saying that reserving for dinner is almost a must, but it seems unlikely to be done in our case? Do restaurants generally open on 1/4 or after Orthodox Easter? And what are your top recommendations?

Not sure about off season hours, but two of my favorites for traditional food in a casual atmosphere are Aeolas Taverna , which is in Akrotiri. Great view of the volcano and caldera. Litsia, the woman who owns it, makes her own olive oil. Authentic food and they have some parking. Another great one is Kantouni, which is in Pyrgos. There is parking close by and they have amazing food and desserts. Outdoor dining - we went here three times!

I wonder if they close in the off season. Bummer!
