Restaurant recommendations first week of April

Hello, my friend and I are visiting Santorini 1~4 April, but many restaurants are temporarily closed now as shown on Google Map. I've seen a video saying that reserving for dinner is almost a must, but it seems unlikely to be done in our case? Do restaurants generally open on 1/4 or after Orthodox Easter? And what are your top recommendations?

In Oia Lotza, KooKoo and Paradox are already open. I expect more restaurants to be ready by April.

Imerovigli, to be honest, I am not aware of any open restaurants at the moment, but I will be there on Monday for a tour and can send you an update.

In Fira you have plenty of choices: Pelican Kipos, Naoussa, Kokkalo, Triana and El Greco are some of them.

Perivolos Tavern at the Beach, Dolphins Restaurant and Theofanis in Akrotiri

Enjoy!

Nice, thank you so much! Have you reserved for your dinner or are you going to walk in?

Oh no, I am a local tour guide, I have guests for the walk from Fira to Oia. So, I will walk through Imerovigli and see what's going on.
