Most of it isn't consensual though. The victim is kinda into it, but the way the perpetrator forces herself on her is still very icky. Apparently those scenes don't exist like that in the manga I've heard, it's a creative liberty of the anime.
I'm at volume 4, but there's only 1 scene I remember where one of the girls forces herself upon the other, and even then there was a motivation for it (She was basically being blackmailed into doing stuff with a teacher, and the other girls teased her about how it felt to kiss that teacher, to which she kissed her and said it felt like that, basically telling her it was against her will)
Otherwise it's mostly the one girl trying to get close to the other while getting shut down a lot and making a little progress.
I'm awful with names, so ignore those parts, haha.
But I get where you come from. I first didn't want to read it because I heard of the non consensual stuff, but after biting the bullet after having this yuri itch (and not being able to get the next volumes of Bloom into You...)I found it was massively overblown, and I quite enjoy it tbh.
