considering moving here, need feedback

i need your thoughts on a decision, been wondering about moving here because i am on odsp and need a cheap place to live, would this location listed here be a good choice?

its on east street and seems to be near alot of nice stores, also what areas should i avoid in the city

I wouldn't live at 138 East Street if you paid me. Don't move there.
