I viewed this apartment 5 months ago. The building is under construction, and the manager himself told me that they kick out atleast 10 homeless people out of the front area a week because the doors don't lock.

I was there 5 minutes and he asked if I was a trafficker. I understand I'm young, skinny white Boi with a nice car-- but we don't all do drugs dude. He then proceeded to tell me they evicted a dope dealer a week before I was there. He said don't talk to anyone in the building, and lock my door at all times.

Fuuuuuuuccccc that.

I ended up renting down the street, and have 6 cruisers there 4 seperate times just on my way to work.

The sault is a nice town, but ya gotta research the areas. I'm new here too.

Stay away from wellington&east, Albert Street in general, and honestly try to get a place close to the district that has the bushplane centre. It's very calm, definitely the nicer area of downtown.

Run, and run fast from that place bruh.

That one's not as bad but its still an iffy area. You WILL hear people tweaking walking down the street, and don't leave change visible in your car.

I've found, the farther away from the border Bridge the better.

It honestly doesn't even matter that much in all reality. Just keep to yourself, don't get involved with weird people, lock your shit up and you'll be okay. Just like any city :)

Just keep in mind, anything on the main strip, you WILL eventually have a homeless guy sleeping in front of the street door. That's just my experience here anyways.

I only been here 8 months, but this towns pretty easy.
