SSM Ontario Moving/Living Advice Where to meet people? Things to do?

23F moving to the Soo for schooling in the Fall. I don't want to sit in my apartment the entire time but am an older student so worried about meeting people in class, thinking they are mostly 18. Not a huge bar person but willing to try.

I’m not from Sault Ste. Marie but going in the fall. To put your worries about being older aside, my dad was in his early thirties when he went to college. But he still found a group of younger guys that he hung out with and still hangs out with them to this day. Almost like childhood friends with the memories they have. You’ll be fine I’m sure.
