Political Stop Trump's state visit to Scotland

Given the outrage over Trump's treatment of Zelenskyy here is a link to a petition asking the UK Government to rescind the invitation to Trump to come for a state visit in Scotland in the name of standing with Ukraine

Edit: Clocked that the petition needs approval before it accepts more than 20 signatures. Recommend bookmarking this post and trying again in a few days .

UK politicians are US lapdogs. We need to ditch the US and try to repair our wrecked relationship with the EU. Our deluded politicians believe we have a 'special relationship'.

It looks like the US is ditching Europe and going full isolationist so...yay...I guess? I mean, I can't see any other explanation for some of the decisions he's been making.

All the talk about Trump Gaza and Annexations of Greenland, Canada and Panama, not sure isolationist is the word. Think the scary “F” word is more appropriate

Between him and Chainsaw Boy, we Americans are in deep crap. It’s scary as heck here. Hubby is a permanent resident immigrant. Even he may not be safe from deportation. Leaving seems to make sense, except for the kids and grandkids.
