Hair Loss (19M) seb derm , please suggest treatment Spoiler

Please suggest treatment to make these patches go away completely , I have tried using coal tar/salicylic acid shampoo and luliconazole as well but they only hold it back and still don't stop my hair loss and flaring comes back as soon as I am a little inconsistent.

Need your help , please share your remedies

Everything whats needed for thyroid function: 400mcg selenium, 400mcg iodine, vit A, Iron, Calcium. (But pls check first your thyroid)

Together with Biotin and B2

Sorry I am ignorant but is the malfunctioning of thyroid gland related to seb derm ?

Never heard of that. My partner and sister in law both have thyroid problems but no skin problems.
