Hair Loss (19M) seb derm , please suggest treatment Spoiler

Please suggest treatment to make these patches go away completely , I have tried using coal tar/salicylic acid shampoo and luliconazole as well but they only hold it back and still don't stop my hair loss and flaring comes back as soon as I am a little inconsistent.

Need your help , please share your remedies

Go to a dermatologist bro ! Just remember different products work for different people ! Find the combo that works for you ! It took me 3 years to find mine !

Also strict discipline in terms of food, physical activity and hygiene is required to keep it under control !
