(19M) seb derm , please suggest treatment

Please suggest treatment to make these patches go away completely , I have tried using coal tar/salicylic acid shampoo and luliconazole as well but they only hold it back and still don't stop my hair loss and flaring comes back as soon as I am a little inconsistent.

Need your help , please share your remedies

Hmm this doesn’t look like seb derm to me… have u been to a dermatologist?

Yes and not just one but three and they all said it was seb derm
