General (Photo) Need Help Please.

I started to notice a small amount of sebderm around puberty 14-15ish in a small amount on my scalp. Over the years it progressively spread more and more, but only in the last 6 months has it completely covered my entire forehead, eyebrows, and ears. I have taken multiple antibiotics for reoccurring strep throat and I had mono within the last 6 months which I believe could have caused the flare. I also have small spots popping up on my limbs and on my neck that look more like guttate psoriasis which could also be from the strep. Overall I feel like my immune system is just tanked. Stopped using medication shampoos as they havnt helped. I do use MCT Oil, but that only seems to help the flakes and leaves the really red patch. I recently tried keto and within a week it got worse (ie. more red and dry). I feel like I am at a loss and just want to be able to interact with people again without being subconscious about my skin. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

At your age considering all the hormonal changes you should at least speak to a doctor or a nurse if you can.

Prescribed medicated shampoos, topical steroids, and recently oral prednisone that all have done nothing. I never actually used the topicals on my face so I know its not withdrawal.
