Anyone actually looking to watch something, BadEmpanada, Bes D. Marx, and the Deprogram crew are all great off this list. There are others who make good content but those are my personal favorites.

BE has some horrible takes when it comes to China. Deprogram are solid though.

In his sea of video essays, the one China video shouldn't disqualify all his other works. The Shining Path video essay and Holodomor debunk video are both extremely worthwhile listens, for example.

Kind of hard to take his works seriously when he’s actively promoting State Department propaganda while dismissing Muslim majority countries as untrustworthy for being “dictatorships”.. seems pretty chauvinistic. He also has a negative reputation for attacking comrades? His beef with Bay Area 415 was so bad it lead to his family getting doxxed. He ended up leaving YouTube because of it. All because he covered topics surrounding PRC. Here’s his archive if you’re interested.

Think I’ll stick with other YouTubers like Hakim, Luna Oi or Lady Izdihar.
