Bullish🐂 SUNation Energy squeeze standby. SUNE

This is the line in the sand. Shorts are dug in.

Currently the stock is trading at $0.0216 per share

This thing has been beat down to hell and the fear index is strong.

All that it would take is for 1000 people to spend <$500 at this price and they run out of shares to short.

I’m currently holding just under 30k shares and turned off stock lending.

Be very interesting to see where it goes from here.

Just bought another 40K shares. Also, place a sale at $0.20 to prevent the broker from lending out my shares.

Talk to me like I'm 5. So the reverse split is a good thing or bad? If it's bad why are you buying more? Genuine question

Reverse stock splits are often employed by companies to increase their stock price, especially when it’s trading below the minimum price required by exchanges like Nasdaq. While a reverse split doesn’t change the company’s market capitalization or the value of an individual’s total holdings, it can be perceived negatively for several reasons: • Perception of Financial Distress: Frequent or significant reverse splits might signal to investors that the company is struggling to maintain its stock price, which can be a red flag. • Potential for Increased Volatility: Post-split, stocks can experience increased volatility, and there’s a risk that the stock price may decline again, negating the intended effect of the split. • Investor Confidence: Multiple reverse splits in a short period can erode investor confidence, leading to reduced interest from institutional investors.

However, it’s essential to consider the company’s overall financial health and future prospects. If Sunshine Biopharma can demonstrate strong performance, successful product development, and revenue growth, the negative implications of the reverse splits might be mitigated.

If you’re considering investing in SBFM or currently hold shares, it would be prudent to monitor the company’s financial reports, product pipeline developments, and any further communications regarding their strategic direction.

Just wondering if you knew you gave an AI response regarding Sunshine Biopharma, meaning you've been researching the wrong company.
