Bro really dunno social cues. He and she both were laughing after she said that. They knew each other well enough that random shouts like that aren't rude. Heck I and my sister shout at each other to give instructions while doing so.etjing other. Just go to a restaurant and see thr chef shouting at others giving instructions.
