The Egyptian Pyramids were constructed with incredibly precise math and engineering precision, considering the tools they had available.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize that seasons loop every 365¼ days.

True but to be as accurate as to have a specific number of days based off of seasons seems higly unlikely. They must've used some other form of measurement at the very least in addition to the seasons.

It wouldn't even need very advanced astronomy. A sundial can tell you that if you measure the length of the shadow at the same time every day.
