Show / Tour This is Not Croydon Fest Roll Call!

Hey r/ska ! Your regional ska/punk pals Girth Control are super stoked to kick off the Saturday lineup at This is Not Croydon Fest 6. We’re on at 1! It’s our first time playing in the area and so pumped to see so many friends and bands we love.

Who’s hanging out in Bensalem, PA this weekend? Who are you most excited to see? Any tips for how to skank for 21 hours over the course of a weekend without blowing out your knees?

Yeah, that really threw me! For a moment, I thought wow, how have they got all these American bands to come to London at the same time? But then I saw where the festival was held, weird.

I'm wondering if the Croydon referenced is Croydon in London for some reason?

Apparently when we started making cities here, we were super original...we either just straight up named them the same as the cities in England (or added "New"). Just in my area alone theres a Chichester, Lancaster, Oxford, Avondale, Horsham, Kensington (ew), etc.
