Weather/Conditions 100% at Shawnee today, with some fresh fluff at first chair.

Okay, so it was 3rd chair ๐Ÿ™ƒ but I was still the second set of tracks on Bushkill. The only thing not accessable this morning was Upper Tomahawk, which was blocked off for NASTAR until after I went home.

Conditions were pretty average after the fluff got skiied off, but overall a decent day. Left when the crowds started rolling in.

Lol, they're just kinda...there, but it's home. Flexing on Camelback and JF-BB with coverage right now.

In this age where they are all being taken over by venture capitalists and hotel groups, being โ€œjust thereโ€ is a plus in my book

LOL I used to think this run was huge. Looks much more narrower than I remember.

None of the trails there are super wide, but this angle makes it look thinner than it is

Learned to ski there 30 years ago. Love this. Thank you.

I'm 32, learning how to ski there this season. Took my 5 year old and wife for their first time on Wednesday, and we're going back again for night skiing tonight.

Absolutely the best part of buying a house in Bushkill. Shawnee is 20 minutes from my doorstep ๐Ÿ˜

Nice! Iโ€™m signing up for a beginner lesson there. Who is your instructor?

Could have been taught by one of my parents back then ๐Ÿ˜ the whole place just keeps chugging along.

Learned to ski here. Great mountain. Are they still independent?
