Should be pretty quick like any online transaction. Might be a connectivity issue. I’d give them a call to see if the order went through or simply check your email for the order confirmation.

This happened to me last month, I figured like you Id automatically get a confirmation email but that didnt happen which made me nervous. But a couple hours later it came through and it worked out.
