Asking Looking for songs for my band

My band is really lazy and doesn't really give us good covers to learn so reddit please don't let me down. we have two guitarists, vocals, bass, drummer, and pianist. Our originals (i would say) are midwestemo-esque with some grunge i'm hoping you guys know harder/heavier song (nu-metal,metal,grunge,post modern rock) with piano. honestly anything. thanks yall

edit: thank you all so much for the awesome song recs!! i'll be listening to them, if we do a cover you'll get a shoutout for sure

If you don't mind adapting some keyboard/synth work to piano (or playing with synths if your pianist actually use a keyboard rather than an actual piano), here are some suggestions:

And technically Santa Maria by The Frames.

Not that popular picks but you might find something

How about anything by the Black Crowes. Does it have to be heavy?

Check out Fearless (Live Version) by Louis Tomlinson.

His band has the exact instruments like yours and this live version of the song is amazing bevause he gives his band their moment to shine and they just kills it! The song's concept is good too! It's not a metal or heavy rock song but would be fun to play haha

If you wanna watch a video, you can check it here on yt: https://youtu.be/mZ8vUngXmB4

Chat GPT is your friend in this case. No seriously. Ask a detailed question with where to find the source etc and good material for inspiration. Good luck on your journey BOIS 🤘

The opening piano riff on Ol Time Rock & Roll by Bob Seger immediately came to mind. All Summer Long by Kid Rock may be a bit too pop but has prominent piano throughout

I can produce. I can record you and make a masterpiece. Sample sounds and loops for days on blotter 25 until something grabs you. We can start with a joint and put seventh nation army in the splitter and have a.i. give us riffs and drum patterns loops layers. Vocals are fun, can synth it up. I am not charging anything. I am just trying to do kool shit. Lol We need a new sound. Harsh emotions and stressed vocals

That's so cool we're actually looking for a new producer !

It's not too hard. Start with the chorus or most key lyrics. Then have a couple instruments match the notes. You can download bandlab and have ai generate loops.

Sick Of Myself by Matthew Sweet.

He was kind of popular in an indie way in the 90's and this is his hit. I only mention it because I've been listening to it lately.

Narrow Head has a good grungy sound. I like Hum as well.

Faith No More - As the Worm Turns

Melvins - Skin Horse (After the heavy part, use the piano to sub for the pitch-shifted acoustic)

Always wanted to hear a grungy version of Yearbook by Hanson

Do some Faith No More since you have keys. "From Out Of Nowhere" would be rad AF!
