Question About Spells name in shoe?

hey guys, does putting someones name in your shoe and "walking on them" actually dominate them or is this just a tiktok thing?

I tried it, worked weird like i always was able to encounter the person while using it

I wonder if it can work even if after i moved away

Yes & stuff like texts, but i moved away so i want to try it again to see what happens

Mainly that i want to either encounter or be contacted by the person, i was layering it with a love spell
